SITE NAVIGATION TIPS FOR PARSAVERS.COM
- Always log in to utilize the site with all the features available to you.
- Remember that to schedule a lesson, you need to enter the username and password for scheduling lessons. This is not the same as the username and password for your student videos.
- Depending on your internet connection, videos load at different speeds.
- If you are on a device without flash (IPAD,etc...) you will not be able to view videos.

- I can't remember my password? CLICK ON PASSWORD HELP AND FOLLOW THE STEPS
- My username and password don't work when I try to schedule lessons. IN THE LESSON SCHEDULING SECTION, CLICK ON PASSWORD HELP AND RETRIEVE YOUR PASSWORD.
- There doesn't seem to be anytime available on the day I want to take a lesson. IF BERNIE IS TEACHING ON THAT DAY, YOU WILL SEE THE OPTION TO JOIN THE WAIT LIST. STUDENTS ON THE WAIT LIST WILL BE CONTACTED FIRST IF OPENINGS BECOME AVAILABLE.
- How do I access my lesson videos? LESSON VIDEOS ARE STORED UNDER "MY VIDEOS"
- Can I download my lesson videos? YES, CLICK ON THE OPTION THAT BEST SUITS THE DEVICE YOU ARE DOWNLOADING TO THAT IS TO THE LEFT OF THE VIDEO PLAYER.
