- Enter your username & password and follow the prompts. If you forgot your username and password, click on the link for password help. If you do not have a username and password, click on the link to signup now.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND SOLUTIONS FOR LESSON SCHEDULING
- My username and password do not work. SOLUTION: Make sure that you are using the username and password that you received from smarter lessons. The username and password is not the same as the username and password for watching videos Parsavers.com.
- When scheduling appointments, I don't see availability for scheduling a lesson. SOLUTION: If you don't see availability on a given day that you want to take a lesson, be sure to put your name on the wait-list. Students on the wait-list will be contacted first when openings become available. If the wait-list option does not appear, this means that Bernie is not teaching on that day.
- I need to cancel, or re-schedule a lesson. SOLUTION: Log in, and click on the cancel a lesson tab. Follow the prompts and you will have no issue canceling a lesson. PLEASE NOTE: if you are canceling within 24-Hours of your appointment, Please contact Bernie via email at bernie@parsavers.com or text him at 410-336-4979 and he will try to fill the slot. All no-shows will be billed for missed appointments!
